Microchip Identification - go to Website www.petaddress.com.au and type in your microchip number and you can find the company your pet is registered with and their contact details. If you own the animal and have changed address you should update your details. This helps reunite animals if the animal gets lost but has a microchip.
NEWSFLASH 25/1/11
Lockyer Pound - there is currently only 2 dogs that have not been reunited with their owners and also the cats which are on the website www.lockyervalley.qld.gov.au are unclaimed as well. If we are unable to reunite the animals with their owners, they will be kept at the Gatton University or fostered until the 7th February 2011. If we are still unable to locate the owner, the animals will go to re-housing agents such the University and the RSPCA and AWL where they will possibly be fostered out if their owners are unable to take them home straight away or rehoused. If you have any further queries, please contact our Animal Control Department on (07) 5462 0353. Kind Regards, Jodie
